Making a purchase of either the Basic or Premium Tier of WizerFood includes the following conditions:

• Sales are final; we do not provide refunds.
• Upgrades. If you have an active Basic Tier subscription and purchase a Premium Tier subscription, your Basic Tier subscription ends immediately and you start the new Premium Tier subscription. We will extend the new subscription length by prorating the time left on your Basic Tier subscription using the Premium Tier subscription price. For example, if you had 9 of 12 months remaining on your Basic tier subscription, you would get one year of Premium, plus the number of days determined by: 75% of the Basic tier subscription rate, divided by the Premium tier annual rate, multiplied by 365 days.
• Downgrades. If you have an active Premium Tier subscription and purchase a Basic Tier subscription, your Premium tier subscription ends immediately and you start the new Basic Tier subscription. We will extend the new subscription length by prorating the time left on your Premium Tier subscription using the Basic Tier subscription price. For example, if you had 9 of 12 months remaining on your Premium tier subscription, you would get one year of Basic, plus the number of days determined by: 75% of the Premium tier subscription rate, divided by the Basic tier annual rate, multiplied by 365 days.
• Renewal process. We are not currently automatically renewing subscriptions. We will advise you before your subscription would end so that you can optionally purchase a renewal. If we offer automatic renewals in the future, it would be part of a new subscription type that you would need to select. Renewals start from the later of your current subscription's end date, or the current date.
• Expiration. When a subscription ends, you will revert to the free tier. Your previous data will not be "lost" but portions of it may become inaccessible due to lower limits in the free tier. You can regain access to data by starting a new subscription (subject to subscription limits).
